The main responsibilities are:

　　１、Study and formulate relevant plans for the management of Dawenkou cultural scenic spots and organize their implementation. Assist in the approval and application of the site selection and project of the construction control area and the infrastructure in the environmental coordination area within the scope of the overall plan for the protection of Dawenkou site.

　　２、Undertake liaison and cooperation with domestic and foreign academic institutions and experts; Study, formulate and implement the protection, rescue and technical measures of Dawenkou site.

　　３、Unified protection and management of cultural relics, cultural heritage, ecological environment and other scenic resources in Dawenkou cultural scenic spot. Undertake the comprehensive management of state-owned assets, urban appearance, environmental health, advertising approval and social renovation in scenic spots.

　　４、Study and formulate the digital protection scheme of cultural relics and organize its implementation; Study and formulate the intelligent management plan and intelligent service plan of Dawenkou cultural scenic spot, and organize the implementation.

　　５、Undertake the management of the special financial account of scenic spots, the management and use of financial funds and other construction funds.
