Grey pottery Gu shaped cup


  In the Neolithic age, Dawenkou Culture. The height is 29.2 cm and the caliber is 14.8 cm. It was unearthed at Dawenkou site in Tai'an, Shandong Province in 1959. Sacrificial utensils. It has a bell mouth and a bamboo shaped handle. The handle is decorated with a convex hoop and has several concave chord patterns. Two small round holes are drilled in each of the three short feet. This cup site was found more in the early stage and less in the middle stage, which is a typical artifact of Dawenkou site.
